Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Service Plumbing Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, communicating with customers, and taking pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems.
• Install and replace plumbing fixtures and equipment.
• Troubleshoot leaks, drain issues, water heaters, and other plumbing concerns.
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Keep service vehicle clean and organized.
• Complete accurate service documentation.
• Represent Century Plumbing LLC with professionalism, integrity, and respect.

Qualifications

• Previous plumbing service experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently while supporting the team.
• Commitment to honesty, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
