Location: San Francisco Bay Area Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Compensation: $70,000 – $140,000+ per year

In addition to competitive base compensation, Service Technicians participate in a performance-based commission program with uncapped earning potential. High-performing technicians have the opportunity to significantly increase their annual earnings through sales, customer service, and production performance.

We are seeking an experienced Service Plumbing Technician who enjoys troubleshooting plumbing systems, solving customer problems, and identifying opportunities to provide long-term solutions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Install and service water heaters, fixtures, valves, piping, and related plumbing equipment.
• Create and present repair and replacement estimates.
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options.
• Maintain accurate job documentation using ServiceTitan.
• Take before and after photos of completed work.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Collaborate with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Experience performing residential and commercial service work.
• Ability to create and explain estimates to customers.
