Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose a wide range of sewer and drain issues * Utilize the proper equipment to safely and effectively resolve issues * Properly operate and maintain: + High‑pressure water jetter + Line locator + Sewer camera * Clearly communicate findings and recommended solutions to customers * Maintain strong customer relationships and a professional field presence

Qualifications

• Proven experience diagnosing sewer and drain systems
• Hands‑on experience with jetters, cameras, and line locating equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
