*About the Role*

In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for renovation and service needs related to pool plumbing and equipment, helping customers keep their pools running safely and efficiently. Your work will include a wide variety of hands-on projects—from opening and closing pools and winterizing shells to diagnosing leaks, repairing or replacing equipment, and installing new systems and lighting. No two days will be the same, and your technical skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality will play a direct role in delivering reliable solutions and a positive customer experience.

*General Summary of Position*

Responsible for addressing all renovation & service-related customer needs related to pool plumbing & equipment, including minor repairs, open and closing of the pool, shell winterization, repair of pool equipment and accessories, complete removal of old equipment, installation of new equipment, leak diagnostics, skimmer replacement, collapsed line replacement and light installation.

*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Perform comprehensive pool service operations, including spring openings, fall winterizations, advanced water testing and chemical balancing, and the safe handling, transport, and application of pool chemicals in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
