Apprentice Plumber

Duties

• Assist experienced plumbers with pipe installation, fitting, and assembly on construction sites
• Learn to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to support project execution
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as pipe threading, cutting, and solderinh
• Support plumbing system maintenance, repair, and remodeling projects under supervision
• Follow building code regulations and safety protocols during all phases of work
• Help with site cleanup, material handling, and ensuring adherence to power tool safety standards

Requirements

• Driver's license and ability to drive to jobsites or park and rides to carpool with coworkers
• Construction experience or familiarity with construction site environments is preferred
• Strong commitment to safety procedures including power tool safety practices
• Good basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks
• Willingness to learn about building code compliance, remodeling, handyman tasks, and maintenance work
