What You’ll Be Doing

• The "Right Hand": Assist the Lead Installer with demolition, site prep, and the installation of bathrooms, windows, and doors.
• Learn the Craft: Gain hands-on experience in carpentry, light plumbing, and bathroom fixtures.
• Job Site Pro: Help manage tools, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and provide top-notch service to our homeowners.
• Pre-Job Site Inspections: Assist with pre-installation site inspections to evaluate job conditions, verify project details, identify potential issues, and help ensure each installation is set up for success.
• Follow the System: Learn the Re-Bath "Way"—the gold standard for bathroom remodeling across 160+ locations.
