Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on construction sites, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks required for pipe installation and system assembly
• Conduct system inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
• Collaborate with construction teams, electricians, HVAC specialists, and carpenters to coordinate project workflows
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues using technical knowledge of plumbing systems and HVAC components

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing, site work, or related field service roles
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery
• Mechanical knowledge of plumbing systems as well as HVAC components is highly desirable
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces
• Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks
