Job Summary

The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for supervising apprentices, ensuring the safe, timely, and code-compliant completion of projects. As the primary on-site contact, the Journeyman Plumber manages day-to-day operations, addresses customer inquiries, and coordinates closely with management. This role also involves overseeing material needs, maintaining site cleanliness, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise apprentices to ensure efficient workflow and task completion. * Ensure all work is performed safely, meets code compliance, and is completed on schedule. * Act as the on-site liaison between the management and customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues. * Coordinate material needs and ensure accurate record-keeping. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site. * Follow all company policies, including vehicle use and job site conduct. * Interpret blueprints and technical manuals.

Minimum Requirements

* 2+ years of relevant experience in commercial plumbing. * Valid Journeyman Plumber’s License (preferred). * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. * Must be able to be insured under company vehicle insurance policy. * Physical capability to perform the essential duties of the job. * Strong verbal communication and leadership skills.
