For the right candidate with a proven history of landing profitable commercial plumbing projects, we are open to offering competitive hourly pay, commission-based compensation, or a customized combination of both. Our preference is an in-office estimator who can collaborate closely with our team. However, remote work may be considered for an exceptional candidate with a proven track record of winning commercial plumbing projects and the ability to work independently.

Conn-ect Plumbing LLC is seeking a highly motivated Commercial Plumbing Estimator with a proven history of winning work—not just submitting bids. We are looking for someone who consistently produces accurate, competitive estimates and plays a key role in securing profitable commercial projects.

This is a high-impact role where your estimating ability directly influences the growth and success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete and accurate estimates for commercial plumbing projects
• Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs
• Solicit and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Identify value engineering opportunities
• Prepare competitive proposals and bid packages
• Coordinate with project managers for smooth project handoff
• Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, suppliers, and owners
• Manage multiple bids while consistently meeting deadlines
