Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Service Plumber to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including gas piping, water supply, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings
• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly of plumbing components using hand tools and power tools
• Conduct maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks on existing plumbing infrastructure while adhering to safety standards
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing regulations, and safety protocols
• Assist with remodeling projects by providing plumbing expertise and supporting carpentry or handyman tasks as needed
• Operate heavy lifting equipment safely for material handling on construction sites

Skills

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, including HVAC integration and gas piping systems
• Ability to read construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and mechanical drawings accurately
