Position Summary

The Plumber III Technician is a senior-level role responsible for independently performing advanced plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and project work.This position serves as a field leader, capable of running jobs, mentoring junior technicians, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a project lead when working with Plumber I and II technicians

• Advanced plumbing and diagnostics
• Diagnose and repair complex plumbing, sewer, and drainage issues
• Perform installation, replacement, and maintenance of plumbing systems and piping
• Troubleshoot and repair fixtures including toilets, sinks, urinals, faucets, drinking fountains, and water systems
• Work on water, sewer, and gas systems safely and effectively
• Drain and sewer services
• Perform hydro-jetting, descaling, and mechanical drain cleaning
• Clear sewer and storm drain lines using appropriate equipment
