Drain Technician - 1+ Years Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose the cause and location of drain and sewer line stoppages in residential and commercial properties.
• Drain Cleaning: Utilize various tools, including electric drain snakes, power augers, and high-pressure Hydro-Jetting equipment, to clear blockages and restore flow.
• Sewer Inspection: Perform sewer camera inspections (CCTV) to confirm the condition of lines and identify structural defects, tree root intrusion, or other issues.
• Customer Communication: Clearly explain the findings, recommended solutions, and pricing to customers. Provide options for repair, maintenance, or replacement services.
• Equipment Maintenance: Properly maintain, clean, and secure all company tools, equipment, and assigned service vehicles.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary paperwork, invoices, and service reports using [Specify any software or method, e.g., tablet-based system].
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and local plumbing codes while completing work.
