Drain Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Drain Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, repairing, and installing water and plumbing systems across various construction sites and commercial properties. Pay

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive inspections of plumbing and drainage systems using plumbing inspection cameras and schematics to identify issues and determine solutions.
• Use augers, snakes, and other equipment to safely and properly clean drainage systems.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and effectively on construction sites.
• Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to guide installation and repair work accurately.
• Conduct construction plumbing tasks such as pipe fitting, pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and system upgrades in compliance with local building codes.
• Utilize heavy lifting techniques and carpentry skills when handling materials or performing structural modifications as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics updates, inspection reports, and repair logs; ensure all work aligns with safety standards.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate site activities while adhering to safety protocols related to HVAC systems and water management.
