What you'll do as a Drain Technician

* Diagnose drain and sewer issues — perform fixture tests, identify blockages, and determine cause of backups * Clear clogs and blockages using cable machines, augers, and other mechanical equipment * Operate hydro‑jetting equipment for heavy grease, scale, and root removal * Perform sewer camera inspections to document line condition and locate breaks, bellies, or intrusions * Complete minor drain repairs such as replacing small sections of pipe, fittings, or cleanouts (based on company scope) * Educate customers on findings, solutions, and preventative maintenance * Document all work performed with notes, photos, and video uploads * Recommend long‑term solutions such as jetting, descaling, or full sewer replacement when needed * Maintain tools and equipment including cables, blades, jetter nozzles, and camera gear * Follow all safety procedures including PPE use, confined‑space awareness, and proper chemical handling * Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards on every call * Work independently while coordinating with dispatch, supervisors, and sales teams * Handle physical demands including lifting 60+ lbs and maneuvering heavy equipmen

Required Qualifications
