We're have a portfolio of rental homes that we manage and are looking for another person with skills: electrical, HVAC, and plumbing. We have plenty of general work too.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders assigned to you in our software
• Write simple explanation of work done in our system
• Log your time for payroll
• Mark the work order as done

Job Requirements

• No criminal record (We rung background checks)
• No smoking, drugs, alcohol on jobsites
• Kind to tenants
• Professional
• Self-started
• Problem-solver
• Ability to work independently
• Can prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication skills
• Must have your own tools
• Must have a modern phone for pics & videos of work done
• Must have reliable transportation

1099 Job

Part time to start but this can go full time for the right person

Pay: $30.00 per hour
