Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential using hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Perform pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly to ensure secure connections and optimal system performance.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues , piping, and related mechanical components.
• Conduct remodeling tasks involving plumbing adjustments or upgrades while adhering to safety standards and building codes.
• Operate heavy machinery for lifting and positioning materials safely on construction sites.
• Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, electricians, and other trades to coordinate tasks efficiently on busy construction sites.

Experience

• Proven experience as a plumber with a strong background in construction plumbing projects.
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics interpretation, and blueprint reading.
• Familiar, remodeling processes, and handyman tasks is preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining precision in assembly and installation work.
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and the use of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment.
• Experience working on commercial or large-scale projects is highly desirable.
