Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of plumbing experience
• OSHA Certification (required)
• Valid, clean driver's license (required)
• F-60 Fire Guard for Torch Operations
• G-60 Torch Use of Flammable Gases for Hot Work Operations
• Full Gas Work Qualification

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
• Repair and install plumbing fixtures
• Install, repair, and test gas lines
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Follow and enforce all safety procedures and plumbing codes
• Perform soldering, brazing, and welding as needed
• Estimate plumbing projects when required
• Maintain inventory and order plumbing materials
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and customers

• Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and industry best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
