Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations efficiently
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing activities within project timelines
• Conduct inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
• Follow safety protocols rigorously while handling heavy lifting, working at heights, or in confined spaces
• Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services such as fixture installation and minor carpentry tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of plumbing codes and standards
• Skilled in welding, pipe threading, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, HVAC systems knowledge, and basic math for measurements and calculations
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively on construction sites with varied conditions
• Mechanical knowledge of plumbing components as well as familiarity with remodeling and assembly tasks
