Must be willing to apprentice as propane/oil burner technicians, or applicants holding those licenses will be given preference.

Pay will be discussed with owner at time of interview, $300/week on call rate (local service area, holiday coverage is drawn out of a hat) On call work is paid at time and a half, regardless of if you've reached 40 hours. On call rotation is roughly every 4-6 weeks, dependent on current staffing. $120/quarter cell phone allowance. PTO earns at 14.75 hours per month. Health insurance for employee is paid 50% by the company, $10,000 life insurance policy, paid for by the company.
