Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently.
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards for plumbing and gas piping systems.
• Conduct maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) tasks on existing plumbing infrastructure to prevent issues and extend system longevity.
• Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing activities on-site while managing heavy lifting and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Perform field service duties including troubleshooting mechanical issues related to HVAC systems or other building services.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for compliance purposes.
• Follow safety protocols rigorously during all phases of work to ensure a secure environment for yourself and colleagues.
