• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Diagnose issues and provide accurate, efficient solutions
• Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and MPS quality expectations
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and company equipment
• Mentor apprentices and support team development
• Complete job notes, documentation, and service records accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license
• Strong technical knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
• Professional appearance, communication, and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety and compliance
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
