Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing and construction, with the ability to work on various projects ranging from residential to commercial. This role requires hands-on experience, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
• Perform construction plumbing tasks on new builds and remodels.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
• Read blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
• Conduct pipe threading and assembly of pipes as required for installations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure project completion.
• Perform heavy lifting as needed for transporting materials and equipment.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques and systems.
• Experience with construction plumbing, including remodeling projects.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to plumbing work.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems is a plus.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installations.
• Familiarity with pipe threading techniques and materials used in plumbing.
• Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety protocols.
