Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing installation
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Estimate construction costs related to plumbing work
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools efficiently and safely
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and timely project progression
• Perform maintenance,troubleshooting of plumbing systems as required on-site or in field service settings

Skills

• Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of pipe threading, assembly, and installation techniques
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, HVAC systems, and mechanical diagrams
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools
• Strong field service experience with a focus on maintenance and troubleshooting of complex systems
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred for site transportation needs
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights
