Job Summary

The Residential Plumber will be responsible for providing expert plumbing services to both new construction and existing residential properties. Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems. * Install plumbing systems in new residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with all codes and regulations. * Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining work performed, answering questions, and offering solutions. * Maintain a clean and organized work area and respect customers' homes and property. * Ensure all work is completed to high-quality standards. * Collaborate with team members and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and customer satisfaction.

Accurately complete work orders, documentation, and time tracking. *

Qualifications & Skills

* Minimum 3-5 years of residential plumbing experience (service and new construction). * Current plumbing license or certification preferred but not required. * Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations. * Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. * Exceptional customer service and communication skills, especially with high-end clientele. * Positive, professional attitude with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
