Position Overview

We are looking for an Expert Residential Rough-In Plumber with 10+ years of professional experience in high-end residential renovations. This is a hands-on role for a highly skilled tradesperson who can work confidently in finished or occupied homes, deliver clean and precise work, and uphold our company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and reconfigure DWV, water, and gas piping systems for luxury home renovations.
• Perform precise rough-ins for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, and additions.
• Interpret and adapt renovation-specific drawings, layouts, and site conditions.
• Install and connect high-end fixtures (tubs, showers, toilets, designer faucets, etc.).
• Conduct pressure testing, prepare for code inspections, and troubleshoot as-built challenges.
• Work closely with general contractors, designers, and homeowners.
• Keep a clean and respectful workspace in finished and occupied environments.
• Mentor junior plumbers on advanced techniques and professional standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of residential plumbing experience (renovation-focused).
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing codes, retrofit practices, and high-end fixture installations.
• Skilled with copper, PEX, PVC/CPVC, and specialty materials used in premium homes.
• Strong problem-solving skills for older and custom-built homes.
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
