Warehouse Manager (HVAC/Plumbing)

Four Quarters Mechanical is a well-established commercial mechanical contractor serving NJ, PA, and DE for over 40 years, specializing in HVAC and plumbing services. We're looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to run our materials and equipment operation, supervise our warehouse team, and keep our field crews stocked and moving.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse assistants, assigning daily tasks and priorities
• Manage inventory of HVAC equipment, plumbing fixtures, fittings, pipe, and related materials
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming deliveries, and verify against POs and packing slips
• Pull and stage materials for jobs, and coordinate delivery to job sites and service vehicles
• Maintain organized storage systems, and track stock levels to prevent shortages or overordering
• Oversee shop and yard equipment maintenance, and coordinate with vendors on repairs and returns
• Support team members with answering questions on parts, fittings.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in company systems. Knowledge of Ply is a plus.
• Enforce safety and housekeeping standards in the warehouse and yard

What you need

• Working knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing materials, parts, and terminology (prior experience as a technician, installer, or counter/supply house role is a plus)
• Prior warehouse, inventory, or materials management experience, including supervising staff
• Comfortable using inventory or ERP software (we use Spectrum and ServiceTitan); experience with PLY inventory software is a plus
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift materials and work in a warehouse/yard environment
