Full‑Time Plumber – Apartment Turn Work (New York City)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our Construction team and support ongoing apartment turns across multiple residential buildings in New York City. This role is full‑time, year‑round, and ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

Responsibilities

Disconnect all appliances, kitchen and bathroom sinks prior to removalsReconnect all new appliances, kitchen, bathroom sinks, and shower trim kitsEnsure all work meets NYC building codes and safety standards

Requirements

3+ years plumbing experience in residential or multifamily buildings

Strong knowledge of NYC plumbing codes

Ability to work independently and manage multiple units per day

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in occupied and vacant apartments

Valid driver’s license preferred
