We are seeking a dynamic Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician with Light Plumbing expertise to join our team. Responsibilities

• repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration
• Perform light plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe repairs, fittings, and drainage issues.
• Diagnose electrical problems using tools like ohmmeters and conduct electrical
• Maintain compliance with EPA regulations by handling refrigerants responsibly and performing necessary certifications.
• Conduct routine maintenance on mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Requirements
• Proven construction experience with a strong background in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration) systems.
• Service technician experience
• Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems including ammonia refrigeration is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge encompassing system repair, maintenance procedures, welding skills, and boiler servicing.
• Familiarity with property maintenance tasks including appliance repair and general building upkeep.
• Ability to operate diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment safely and effectively.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for field service operations.
