Duties

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of plumbing systems
• Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly tasks using hand tools and power tools to meet project specifications
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Execute remodeling, maintenance, and field service tasks to upgrade or repair existing plumbing infrastructure
• Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC technicians to coordinate project workflows
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics and technical reports

Experience

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in commercial or industrial projects
• Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings with precision
• Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, pipe fitting, and assembly techniques
• Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and general mechanical principles is a plus
