Responsibilities

* Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems * Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drain systems * Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for plumbing projects * Mentor and provide guidance to journeyman and apprentice plumbers on the team * Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues, solutions, and pricing * Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job

Requirements

* Valid Master Plumber license in the state of Alabama * 3+ years of hands-on plumbing experience in residential and/or commercial settings * Strong knowledge of local plumbing codes and compliance standards * Experience with water heater installation, drain cleaning, and pipe repair/replacement * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
