The Jefferson County General Services department is seeking a well-qualified Plumbing Supervisor. The Plumbing Supervisor oversees, plans, and coordinates plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair projects across assigned facilities. This role ensures compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and organizational standards while leading a team of licensed plumbers and apprentices. The supervisor manages project schedules, procurement of materials, and communication with stakeholders.

The Plumbing Supervisor supports General Services' asset management program by evaluating the condition and performance of plumbing systems, identifying lifecycle replacement needs, and assisting with long-term maintenance and capital planning efforts.

In addition, the Plumbing Supervisor is responsible for identifying and prioritizing facility needs, developing solutions to operational challenges, and coordinating with General Services leadership, contractors, and other trades to support both day-to-day operations and long-term facility improvement efforts.COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
