Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain domestic water systems, waste disposal, and venting systems according to blueprints and technical drawings
• Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and building code analysis documents to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulatory standards
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to execute precise plumbing installations and repairs
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing projects by assessing materials, labor, and time requirements to support project planning
• Supervise or assist team members during installation tasks while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and construction regulatory compliance
• Perform heavy lifting and assembly of plumbing components as needed on-site, including pipe fitting and carpentry tasks related to plumbing infrastructure
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics updates, inspection reports, and compliance records

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Journeyman or Master Plumber with a solid background in construction plumbing and site experience
• Knowledge of local building codes, heavy lifting techniques, blueprint reading, and interpreting technical drawings
