About The Position

The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for daily maintenance, repair, and operation of plumbing systems across all facilities on the Crystal Bridges Campus for Art and Wellness. This includes ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of water supply, drainage, sewer, and fixture systems while maintaining compliance with applicable codes and standards.

This role plays a vital part in supporting the health, safety, and functionality of the campus by performing hands-on plumbing work, overseeing contractor activities, and collaborating with other trades such as HVAC, electrical, and facilities operations. In addition to day-to-day maintenance, the Journeyman Plumber serves as a technical expert in specialized areas such as boiler systems, water efficiency, and preventative maintenance programs.

The Journeyman Plumber also supports long-term infrastructure reliability by implementing preventative maintenance schedules, assisting with inspections, and maintaining accurate records for regulatory compliance.
