Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites or during remodeling projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems using schematic diagrams and technical manuals to determine effective solutions

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Plumber with a solid understanding of construction plumbing practices
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques
