Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites or during remodeling projects.
• Perform HVAC system installations and troubleshooting to ensure optimal heating, ventilation, and air conditioning performance.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing and mechanical layouts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and other construction tools safely and effectively.
• Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople to coordinate project tasks seamlessly.
• Follow schematics and technical instructions for system assembly or remodeling projects while maintaining high quality standards.
• Perform basic math calculations for measurements, pipe sizing, or material estimates as needed.
• Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of waste materials properly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites by wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and following safety procedures.
