Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites or during remodeling projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
• Operate power tools, hand tools, pipe threading machines, and welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing installations or repairs
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and field service personnel to coordinate project tasks
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards

Requirements

• Proven construction site experience with a strong background in construction plumbing and remodeling projects
• Valid journeyman plumber certification or equivalent mechanical licensing
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems
• Hands-on experience with pipe threading, welding, HVAC systems, and schematic interpretation
• Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy machinery safely in a fast-paced environment
