Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand plumbing layouts.
• Perform remodeling tasks related to plumbing installations and repairs.
• Utilize basic math skills for measurements and calculations necessary for plumbing work.
• Collaborate with carpenters and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or required maintenance.
• Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while working on construction sites.
• Operate commercial driving vehicles as needed for transporting materials or equipment.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues effectively.
• Weld piping as necessary for specific plumbing applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Journeyperson Plumber with a strong understanding of construction plumbing practices.
• Ability to maintain high standards of workmanship in all tasks performed.
