Journeyman Plumber – Great Falls, MT

The Water Boyz LLC is expanding, and we’re looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team in Great Falls. We are a Christian‑based company that takes pride in serving our community with integrity, craftsmanship, and genuine care — for our customers *and* for each other.

As we grow, we want the right journeyman who can help us take on more work, mentor apprentices, and strengthen the culture we’ve built.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, installs, and repairs
• Diagnose issues, provide solutions, and communicate clearly with customers
• Lead by example and help train apprentices as our team grows
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
• Represent The Water Boyz with honesty, respect, and pride in your trade

What We’re Looking For

• Montana Journeyman Plumber License (required)
• Strong service experience preferred, but new journeymen are welcome
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and commitment to quality
• Someone who values a workplace built on faith, integrity, and caring for people
