We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Third Shift Lead Plumber to take ownership of night-shift operations and lead a dedicated crew of two. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who excels at working independently, solving complex plumbing challenges, and delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.

Location and Shift

:

• 3rd Shift Full-Time Local and Out of Town Projects (As required)
• Assignments may require staying overnight and working Monday through Friday at a single location or shorter multi-day assignments depending on project demands.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead, supervise, and mentor a crew of one to two plumbers on third-shift projects * Perform and oversee all phases of plumbing work, including: + Plumbing finishes + Installation of water heaters of all sizes + Underground plumbing + Plumbing layout and rough-ins + Gas piping + Storm drain installation and maintenance + Installation of all types of handwashing sinks + Sewer scoping, jetting, and machine cleaning * Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and job specifications * Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all codes and regulations * Coordinate nightly tasks to meet project schedules and deadlines * Communicate progress, issues, and material needs to management * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site * Operate company tools, equipment, and vehicles responsibly
