Lead Commercial Plumber

Job Summary

Duties

• Lead and supervise a team of commercial plumbers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality workmanship on all projects
• Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of domestic water systems, HVAC connections, and heavy-duty piping systems in accordance with building code compliance
• Conduct construction estimating for plumbing components, materials, and labor to support project planning and budgeting
• Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety standards, and construction regulatory compliance requirements
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other mechanical devices to complete tasks effectively
• Perform site inspections, quality control checks, and troubleshoot issues related to plumbing systems during construction or field service activities
• Coordinate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems
