ASL Electric & Plumbing is seeking a skilled, motivated, and professional Project Plumber with 3–5 years of residential remodel and new construction experience. This position is ideal for a plumber who takes pride in quality workmanship, clean installations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We are looking for a team member who can work independently, communicate effectively, and uphold the high standards that have helped ASL become a trusted name throughout Orange County.

Position Requirements

• 3–5 years of plumbing experience in residential remodels and new construction
• Strong knowledge of California plumbing codes and best practices
• Experience with rough-in and finish plumbing installations
• Ability to read plans and execute work with minimal supervision
• Experience with water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems
• Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
• Must own and maintain professional plumbing tools
• Must have a reliable work truck capable of transporting tools and materials
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform residential remodel and new construction plumbing installations
• Install and service water, waste, vent, and gas piping systems
• Complete rough and finish plumbing work to code
• Install water heaters, fixtures, valves, and plumbing equipment
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and homeowners
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Accurately document work performed, materials used, and project progress
• Identify potential issues proactively and communicate solutions
• Deliver workmanship that meets ASL quality standards and customer expectations
