Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Previous experience leading installation crews preferred
• Strong knowledge of California plumbing codes
• Experience with water heaters, repipes, sewer replacements, water filtration, and gas piping
• Ability to troubleshoot installation challenges independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
