Lead Revit Modeler - Mechanical Piping & Plumbing

We are looking for a Lead BIM Modeler with the experience and vision to drive our modeling standards and mentor our growing team. At Archer Mechanical, we don’t just “model” – we build.

As a lead you will be the cornerstone of our BIM Department, ensuring that engineering notes and mechanical specifications are translate into seamless digital workflows that feed directly into our fabrication shop.

· See it Built: You will oversee models that drive our robotic welders and Trimble Stations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work moves accurately from the digital space to our shop floor and onto Utah’s most iconic jobsites.

· Complex Challenges: You will take the lead on high-stakes projects, from complex healthcare campuses to high-rise commercial developments, solving the most difficult coordination puzzles.

This is a full-time, in person role at our Salt Lake City headquarters. If you are not in the SLC area, this role would require you to relocate to Utah.
