Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Commercial Plumber to join our dynamic team. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, focusing on commercial plumbing systems, including gas piping, schematics, and building code compliance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in construction plumbing, safety regulations, and mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient and compliant installations and repairs.

Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial plumbing systems in accordance with local building codes and construction plans
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts
• Work with power tools, hand tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding equipment to complete projects efficiently
• Install gas piping systems safely while adhering to all safety regulations and standards
• Conduct heavy lifting, assembly, remodeling, and handyman tasks as needed on construction sites
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems in commercial settings
• Follow all safety protocols during field service operations to ensure a secure work environment

Qualifications

• Valid license as a Commercial Plumber with proven experience in construction plumbing projects
• Construction site experience with knowledge of building codes and construction plans
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics for plumbing systems
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, pipe threading, welding, and gas piping systems
