Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Commercial Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead and oversee commercial plumbing projects with energy, expertise, and precision. In this role, you will coordinate on-site operations, supervise plumbing teams, ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards, and deliver exceptional service from start to finish. Your leadership will drive project success while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of commercial plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance projects on-site.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate execution of plumbing systems.
• Ensure all work complies with local building codes, building code analysis, and construction regulatory requirements.
• Manage team supervision including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to plumbers and field technicians.
• Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding tools, and other construction tools to complete projects efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections to verify safety protocols are followed during heavy lifting, assembly, remodeling, or maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with project managers to estimate construction costs through accurate construction estimating practices.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, safety compliance reports, and service logs for accountability.
