Licensed Journeyman Plumber

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic service and repair plumbing team. As a licensed professional, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial and residential projects. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building and plumbing codes, and client specifications. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on remodel and service repair projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts
• Operate hand tools, and power tools, safely and efficiently
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment necessary for plumbing installations or repairs
• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with UPC and local standards
• Collaborate with contractors and traded to coordinate project timelines and technical requirements
• Utilize plumbing and/or mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues quickly and implement effective solutions on-site

Skills

• Extensive experience with construction and service and repair plumbing, including layout.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams related to plumbing systems
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems as they relate to plumbing integration
• Skilled in the use of plumbing hand tools, and power tools
• Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for measurements and material estimations
