Licensed Plumber

Job Summary

Looking for a licensed and insured plumber to handle residential service calls in the Bay City, Saginaw, and Midland areas. This is an independent contractor / partnership-style opportunity, not an hourly position. Expect around 10–18 service jobs per week to start, with room for more as call volume grows. Most of the jobs are residential.

I handle the marketing, incoming customer calls, scheduling, dispatching, and invoicing/payment processing when needed. We work around your schedule because we know you might have jobs of your own!

Your role is to run the calls, diagnose the issue, complete the work, and collect payment on site.

Compensation

• Labor split is typically 60/40 with materials being deducted
• Smaller jobs ($200 labor or less) are split 70/30 in favor of the plumber
• $60 trip charge on non-approved jobs (customer is informed beforehand)

Looking for someone reliable, honest with customers, professional, and experienced in residential plumbing service work. Must have own tools, transportation, and valid license/insurance. Opportunity for consistent work and long-term partnership with growing call volume throughout the Tri-Cities area.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $6,000.00 per week
