Licensed Plumbing Subcontractor

Western Slope Facility Services is looking for a reliable contract Plumber or Plumbing Subcontractor for ongoing residential and commercial projects across the Western Slope.

This is contract-based work for someone who is experienced, dependable, and able to handle plumbing repairs, installs, fixture replacements, service calls, remodel work, drain issues, and general plumbing projects.

Work May Include

• Plumbing service calls and repairs
• Toilet, vanity, faucet, sink, shower, and fixture installs
• Leak repairs and troubleshooting
• Drain and sewer-related service work
• Bathroom and kitchen remodel plumbing
• Water line repairs and replacements where allowed
• Rental property maintenance plumbing work
• Coordinating with our team and customers on job progress

Requirements

• Plumbing experience required
• Licensed plumber
• Must be legally allowed to perform plumbing work in Colorado
• Must have reliable transportation
• Own tools
• Must be dependable and professional
• Must follow all code, safety, permit, and licensing requirements
• Must be able to provide quality work and communicate clearly
• Active plumbing license
• General liability insurance

About the Work

This is not a full-time employee position. This is contract work with opportunities for repeat jobs as projects come in. Pay will depend on the project, experience, licensing, and whether the job is hourly or bid-based.
