Jerry Kelly Heating & Air Conditioning is a trusted leader in residential HVAC services in the St. Louis Metro area. As we continue to grow our service offerings, we are seeking a licensed Master Plumber in St. Louis County and St. Charles County to join our team. This role focuses on high-quality, customer-facing residential plumbing service/ install and replacement, with no new construction or commercial work.

Supportive team culture with career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, drains, and piping Educate customers on their plumbing systems and recommend options or upgrades in a professional, understandable manner Conduct thorough evaluations and present service options with clarity and confidence Perform installations and repairs according to local plumbing codes and industry standards Maintain detailed records of each job and ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection Deliver a Five-Star customer experience at every service visit Help ensure permit compliance and documentation accuracy when required Participate in routine team meetings and training opportunities Requirements: Must hold or be eligible for a Master Plumber License

Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety practices

Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
