Mechanical HVAC/Plumbing Designer; Junior and Senior

This position provides exciting opportunities to be a part of a highly collaborative team working with international level clients.

Assigned design work including but not limited to

• Drawing Setup
• System design including sizing, routing, and coordination with other team members
• Field investigations
• Meeting with clients and contractors
• Ensure completion of the documents, and CAD / Revit production.

Requirements

• Candidate Must be a USA Citizen or legal resident and based in the US preferably in Arizona
• Education: Bachelors in a technical field preferred
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Architecture Design / Construction is preferred, however, new designers are also welcome.
• Registration: ISPE Preferred
• Codes: Familiarity if preferred. For Senior Plumbing Design, knowledge of the plumbing code is required.
• Ability to travel on short term trips
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and Project, both written and verbal.
• Good organizational skills.
• Professional and Client References.

Software Requirements

• AutoCad Proficient
• Revit; Proficiency preferred
• MS Office Suite Effective User
